As an experienced trader who prioritizes due diligence, I’ve taken a close look at U.S. Bank’s offering, especially with respect to commission structures for trading accounts. According to all publicly-available information, U.S. Bank is primarily a provider of traditional banking and wealth management services, not a specialized forex broker. I could not find any references to ECN or raw spread accounts, which are standard features among established Forex brokers. More importantly, there is no clear disclosure on whether they charge a commission per lot typical to ECN or raw spread structures. For me, the absence of regulatory oversight and the lack of transparent, detailed trading account information are highly concerning, especially in a market segment where such fees materially impact trading outcomes. Transparent commission structures—especially for ECN accounts—are essential for assessing true trading costs and avoiding hidden charges. With U.S. Bank, this level of clarity does not appear to be present. In my experience, unless a broker explicitly provides detailed information and is properly regulated, it is prudent to be extremely cautious and avoid making any financial commitments. This approach protects both my trading capital and peace of mind.
