As an experienced trader who places a high value on fund safety, I have to be upfront about my concerns with SK’s regulatory status. From my due diligence, I found that SK operates without oversight from established regulators such as South Korea’s FSC or FSS. In my view, this is a significant red flag; regulatory bodies are in place to impose rules on brokers that help ensure transparency, fair dealing, and crucially, client fund protection—like segregation of accounts and compensation mechanisms if something goes wrong. For me, the absence of regulation means there are no official standards governing how SK manages client funds, handles disputes, or protects investors in the event of insolvency. While SK has a lengthy history in finance and provides a wide range of investment services, I firmly believe that a regulatory framework is essential to safeguard traders’ capital. Without such oversight, I would always exercise additional caution before committing any funds to SK, and personally, I would prefer to use brokers under recognized supervision. Safety of funds, for me, is non-negotiable, and regulation plays a vital role in that protection.
