As an experienced forex trader, transparency around fees—whether they're commissions or spreads—is something I take very seriously when evaluating any broker. With Utsumiya, I immediately noticed a considerable lack of clarity on this front. Based on my review of their available information, Utsumiya provides virtually no public details regarding their commissions, spreads, or any other trading costs. This is a critical issue for me, because understanding a broker’s fee structure is essential to managing trading expenses and evaluating overall value. Another aspect that gives me pause is their current regulatory situation. Utsumiya’s retail forex license from the Financial Services Agency in Japan has been revoked, leaving them entirely unregulated today. For me, this raises significant red flags—particularly since reputable brokers usually strive for maximum transparency about all trading fees, both to attract clients and to comply with best industry practices. Without verifiable and up-to-date data on spreads or commissions, it’s essentially impossible for me to assess Utsumiya’s competitiveness or potential cost impacts on trading strategies. Personally, I would not feel comfortable allocating any capital where fee structures are so opaque, especially given the already high potential risks surrounding unregulated brokers. In my view, the prudent approach is to focus on brokers who clearly disclose their entire fee model and operate with valid regulatory oversight, as this directly protects my financial interests and trading capital.
