Drawing on my experience as a trader, I approach any broker’s regulatory framework with caution and a focus on security. With Finansia, I find the lack of direct, comprehensive regulatory oversight to be a significant concern. While the firm is headquartered in Thailand and operates as Broker No. 24 on the Stock Exchange of Thailand, it is not subject to control by any major global regulatory body, including the Thai SEC for its currency or international brokerage services. This absence means that Finansia operates without external financial authority supervision over its forex or non-domestic trading activities. For me, this leaves an important gap—regulated brokers are typically required to adhere to strict standards on client fund segregation, capital requirements, and dispute resolution mechanisms, all of which are designed to help protect my deposited funds and ensure fair dealing. Without such oversight, there is a greater risk that these protections are either weak or nonexistent. Although Finansia has a notable operational history and offers locally respected services, the suspicious regulatory license flagged by research platforms and the high potential risk warning are red flags. In my view, until Finansia secures solid regulatory backing, I must proceed very cautiously, as I cannot verify that industry-standard safeguarding mechanisms are in place for my capital.
