While NFS holds regulation from CYSEC in Cyprus, which is an essential consideration for me as a cautious trader, this alone doesn't guarantee a fully risk-free environment. My primary reservation stems from the limited clarity around their actual business operations. The WikiFX data highlights a “suspicious scope of business” and a notably low risk management index, which raises red flags for me, especially when considering the safety and transparency of funds and operations. Regarding customer service, I did not encounter major delays in communication, as their contact options via email and phone are clear. However, the broader context—lack of office presence in Cyprus upon investigation, and a business score that doesn't inspire confidence—suggests an inconsistency that makes me hesitate. As for the platform's reliability, my main concern is the opaque nature of the investment offerings. NFS positions itself as an intermediary and does not handle client funds directly, but the limited product range and the inability to access typical trading instruments, like forex or commodities, restrict the flexibility I expect. Overall, while I experienced prompt enough support, I remain wary due to the surrounding business risks, limited transparency, and question marks regarding regulatory robustness. For me, prudence dictates ongoing caution when dealing with NFS.
