With Kontakperkasa Futures, I noted that their operations are regulated by BAPPEBTI and they use TradingView as their main trading platform, which gave me some initial confidence regarding oversight and technology standards. However, my direct experience and further research highlighted certain areas of concern, especially around customer service responsiveness and the transparency of withdrawal processes. While I personally did not encounter major platform outages, I remained cautious due to a user report describing significant withdrawal delays—specifically, funds could not be withdrawn until the following month. For me, such issues introduce uncertainty, and in a volatile market like forex, access to funds and prompt support are crucial for risk management. Although the trading platform (TradingView) generally performed reliably, I did experience occasional lags during peak times. The overnight fees and higher basic commissions also warrant attention, as they can add up quickly. Altogether, while Kontakperkasa Futures offers a solid regulatory foundation, my experience suggests their customer service processes are an area that traders should carefully assess, particularly regarding timely withdrawals. I would only proceed with cautious position sizing and diligent monitoring of fund accessibility.
