As an experienced trader, I must emphasize that regulation is vital when it comes to safeguarding client funds, and in the case of Trivepro, this area raises significant concerns for me. Based on my review, Trivepro currently operates without any regulatory oversight. Its former license with the UK’s FCA has been revoked at the company's request as of June 2024. This means there is no governing authority monitoring client fund segregation, reporting practices, or operational transparency. From my perspective, the absence of regulation significantly increases the risk. In regulated environments, brokers are typically required to maintain client money in segregated accounts and are subject to rigorous audits, which provides an important layer of protection in the event of insolvency or operational failure. Unregulated brokers, like Trivepro at present, are not held to these standards, making it more difficult for traders to verify the security of their deposits or to seek recourse should disputes arise. In my trading journey, I consider regulation not just an endorsement but a fundamental necessity for trust. Without it, regardless of platform usability or product range, I do not feel assured about the safety of my capital. Given the current unregulated status, I am extremely cautious and would hesitantly avoid depositing significant funds with Trivepro, as the safeguarding mechanisms I rely on simply are not guaranteed in this environment.
