Headway's trading history can be exported, but the format is incredibly awkward—a rare CSV variant. Opening it in Excel results in gibberish. Last time, I wanted to calculate my profit and loss, and converting the format took an hour. I was so frustrated I almost deleted the file. Customer service said, "Open it in Notepad and save it as a new file." I tried that, but it didn't work, so I ended up entering the data manually. This feature was supposed to be user-friendly, but it's become a hassle. Now, I don't even bother exporting unless absolutely necessary. It's such a useless feature.
