Elderton Capital fraud platform freezes trading accounts and demands tax

In October, it was notified by KangDa customer service that it was transferred to EldertonCapital. The original KangDa transaction funds were also transferred to EldertonCapital. I successively re-deposited 36,906 US dollars, with a total principal of 77,218.43 US dollars, and I made a profit of 268,651.52 US dollars later. When requesting a withdrawal, the account is frozen and a 3% profit tax，$8059.5456 is required to the TRC20 e-wallet address

I am using demo account and contact with support team. They said my account is not valid. They didn’t help to provide any solution. Worst customer service ever!
