Cannot withdraw funds on the NCE platform. The customer service keeps asking me to wait. I deposited $6,800 on August 19th and made a trading profit of $911.45. After submitting the withdrawal, I received a notification of processing the withdrawal and provided detailed information. Later, the platform requested a hand-held ID card and video. I completed the facial recognition and video verification as requested by customer service, but I have not received the withdrawal processing. Emails sent have gone unanswered. I contacted the official customer service, and they said communication needs to be done through email. After unsuccessful attempts, I can only seek help from you.
