NCE Delayed my withdrawal since October 14, 2025, Please WIKIFX help me.

On December 17, 2024, I deposited $5000 into the nce platform. Later, due to fund turnover, I applied to withdraw $3000 on December 19. The platform has been refusing to process it, not replying to emails, asking customers to wait, and even requesting video recordings. Until now, after half a year, my withdrawal has not been processed. They claim it is in the review stage. It's a black platform.

At 2:30 am on April 11, the platform went offline preventing me from closing positions. I wasn't able to close my losing short position nor open a long one. This platform also went offline for about 40 minutes on the evening of April 10. This dishonest platform offers no compensation. Is it normal for a platform to lag and prevent normal operation?

I made my first deposit of $10,000 on November 28, 2014, and after completing KYC verification, I made my first withdrawal of $7,000 on December 19, 2024. On December 24, 2024, I attempted a second withdrawal of $9,000 and faced nearly unreasonable demands to provide various documents, even including the source of USDT funds. The USDT I used was not from exchanges like Binance but from an earlier platform called i-token. 1. Previous withdrawals were already verified and completed. 2. What kind of reasonable documentation is required? Your emails have not clarified this. 3. Since previous withdrawals were completed without issue, indicating no problem with KYC, why is there a request for KYC again later? Can I assume that because I have made profits, you are deliberately refusing to process my withdrawals?

Absolutely do not deposit or trade with NCE. It's impossible to withdraw your principal. I have already contacted several victims within the country who are unable to withdraw their funds, and we have reported this to the police for handling.

The sales manager said that U-deposit and U-withdrawal were allowed, but later when withdrawing funds, it was said that it did not meet the requirements for U-withdrawal and could only be withdrawn through UnionPay! Later, the customer manager could not be contacted at all, and the customer service on the official website was always unhelpful, just shrink the responsibility and never solving problems. It's a scam platform, they cheat even with 200 U!!! Everyone, be careful!

NCE has been used for two or three years without any problems

On August 24, 2024, I was introduced to open an account with NCE and deposited $15,100. The market conditions were favorable at the time, and I made some profit. On September 12, when I wanted to withdraw some of the money, customer service required various video verifications. I have submitted these four times; after the last submission on November 11, my backend and MT4 account were immediately blocked. I suspect the platform is planning to abscond.

Cannot withdraw funds on the NCE platform. The customer service keeps asking me to wait. I deposited $6,800 on August 19th and made a trading profit of $911.45. After submitting the withdrawal, I received a notification of processing the withdrawal and provided detailed information. Later, the platform requested a hand-held ID card and video. I completed the facial recognition and video verification as requested by customer service, but I have not received the withdrawal processing. Emails sent have gone unanswered. I contacted the official customer service, and they said communication needs to be done through email. After unsuccessful attempts, I can only seek help from you.
