I can't withdraw money, and the customer service didn't give me a response.

I have only succeeded in withdrawing money twice, and my account has been frozen since then. After unfreezing, they didn't withdraw money and asked me to be a member. After becoming a member, the customer service was unable to withdraw money for the reason of maintaining the cash withdrawal channel.
