CWG MARKETS is a complete scam broker! The incident happened in June 2024, and it was absolutely infuriating and frustrating. My account suddenly became inaccessible without any explanation. I repeatedly contacted customer service and my account manager, but all I got were vague excuses and endless delays. The broker refused to provide any clear information or engage in proper communication, leaving me completely in the dark. After months of waiting and hoping for a resolution, things only got worse. In September, they shamelessly deducted half of my funds (as shown in the screenshot, a deduction of 31,674) without any justification. Then they had the audacity to demand that I withdraw the remaining amount and leave the platform. This experience was not only infuriating but also utterly disheartening. Their behavior is nothing short of outrageous and unacceptable!

CWG Markets' "guilt by association policy" leaves no escape for normal traders. An investor, who had been trading on the CWG platform with standard operations and transparent, compliant financial transactions since account opening, faced an unbelievable situation. Merely because a client under the same Introducing Broker (IB) was suspected of violations, CWG abruptly froze the funds in all customer accounts under that entire IB! This indiscriminate action affected dozens of completely innocent traders. CWG's rationale is that if they belong to the same IB, there might be a connection, hence a uniform freezing approach is applied. This almost arbitrary method completely disregards factual evidence, causing many investors to suffer injustices and blatantly exposing CWG's operational and credibility issues! My personal ordeal: $22,780.50 frozen with no response for seven months. As a regular investor trading on the CWG Markets platform, I was fortunate to make some profits. However, when I initiated a withdrawal request, the platform refused to pay out my profits using various excuses and froze my account funds. This money has now been detained for over seven months. During this time, I repeatedly tried to contact the platform through their official email and reached out to the customer manager but never received any substantive response. This situation makes me suspect that CWG Markets is deliberately delaying to avoid paying out customer withdrawals. Major Withdrawal Issues, Platform Reputation Crumbling This is not the first time CWG has faced complaints due to withdrawal issues. Looking at online complaints about CWG, there are many cases where withdrawals are blocked: the platform delays or refuses to pay out large withdrawal requests with excuses like "backend review" or "account anomalies", leaving applications pending indefinitely. Some insiders reveal that CWG might have financial issues and intentionally delays withdrawals for liquidity reasons. Bold guess: Could it be that CWG is planning to abscond? Otherwise, why wouldn't they process customer withdrawals? CWG Markets' tactics are no longer just about delaying payments. By implementing a "guilt by association" policy, they also involve innocent customers in these issues. The freezing of funds not only arbitrarily suppresses the rights of regular traders but also creates panic: once an account encounters problems, all associated investors could become victims. This absurd practice not only insults investors' trust but also blatantly tramples on market rules!

I have been trading in my account since last October, and before being restricted from making withdrawals, I had lost over $100,000 through normal trading activities, with withdrawals proceeding normally during that period. However, in July this year when I attempted to make a withdrawal, the backend showed it as greyed out and unable to proceed. I asked the platform for an explanation, and they claimed that there was an issue with customers under the same IB (Introducing Broker), leading to restrictions on all customer deposits and withdrawals. I started trading with an initial deposit on June 25th, and by July 10th, I had deposited a total of $11,500 USD, experiencing both losses and profits during this period. On July 15th, I successfully withdrew $10,000. However, when I attempted to withdraw the remaining funds, the platform directly seized $7196.31 from my balance, leaving only $1433. The manager has since disappeared, and the customer service behaves like robots, providing irrelevant responses. How can such a fraudulent platform be allowed to continue operating?
