I am a customer who opened a trading account at Exclusive Markets and participated in trading according to the terms announced by the exchange. My account was granted leverage of 1:4000 according to the exchange's policy. During trading of the XAUUSD product, I fully used the leverage provided by the exchange and executed orders according to the market mechanism. At the time of strong market volatility, I had legitimate profits from my trades. After the total profit reached 50,037 USD, I made a withdrawal request according to the proper procedure. However, Exclusive Markets did not proceed with payment of the aforementioned amount. Not only that, all of my profit was reversed back into the exchange's system and I was falsely accused of liquidity violation. More seriously, my trading account was locked and I cannot log in to retrieve data, trading history, or necessary evidence to work with the authorities.

Exclusive Capital has impressed me with their surprisingly deep liquidity. I started with a real $1,000 account and dove right in. EUR/USD (EU): Opened a 3-lot position with zero slippage on entry and exit. USD/JPY (UJ): Opened a 3-lot position with minimal slippage (0.1 pip) on entry and none on the take profit. Gold: Since pip calculations for gold can vary, I'll focus on dollar amounts for slippage. A 0.5-lot position had no slippage, while a 1-lot position had a mere $0.01 slippage. Both positions hit the stop-loss simultaneously with $0.02 slippage each. The incredibly tight spreads and low trading costs make them one of the most affordable brokers I've encountered.
