Though GinFi holds an FSCA license, its "Exceeded" license status suggests there could be regulatory issues that make me question its legitimacy. While it does have a license, this doesn’t guarantee full protection for my funds, which is why I would be cautious when choosing to trade with them. For me, safety would be a major concern given this status, and I’d advise anyone to carefully assess the risks involved.
