CDO Markets appears to be a legitimate broker in terms of its offerings. It provides a variety of trading instruments, such as forex, metals, cryptocurrencies, and stocks, which is appealing to me as a trader who likes a diverse portfolio. However, despite these positive aspects, the offshore regulation makes me hesitate. For me, a legit broker must be regulated by a trusted financial authority. Without that official oversight, I feel that there’s no clear guarantee that the broker will adhere to the highest standards of business practice or provide adequate protection for my funds. I’ve seen that CDO Markets offers segregated accounts and balance protection, but these measures don’t fully reassure me. From my perspective, while CDO Markets offers attractive trading conditions, its offshore regulatory status puts a significant cloud over its legitimacy. It’s always safer to go with brokers that have established and trusted regulatory bodies overseeing them.
