With NFS, getting a comprehensive understanding of their commissions and spreads proved challenging. The available information does not detail specific fee or commission schedules for trading equities, unit trusts, investment trusts, capital investment bonds, or ETFs. This lack of explicit data is a concern for me, as fee transparency is a key element of trust and prudent portfolio management. Based on my professional judgment, I am always cautious when a broker omits details about trading costs. There is mention of a single investment platform with 24/7 access to portfolio valuations and management tools, but I found no clear outline of spread ranges, fixed or variable cost structures, or commission rates per asset class.
