As someone who’s been trading forex for years, I always approach brokers with a healthy dose of caution, especially when there are regulatory concerns. From my assessment of CDX, one of the biggest red flags is their lack of any valid regulatory oversight. The broker is registered in Cambodia and has been operating between five to ten years, but WikiFX explicitly marks their regulatory license as suspicious and notes a high potential risk. For me, a proper regulatory framework is vital for the protection of client funds and for ensuring there’s real accountability if disputes arise. Without regulation, there’s no external body checking on their business practices or safeguarding traders. Another issue I can’t ignore is CDX’s low overall score, particularly in areas like the Regulatory Index and Risk Management Index, both coming in at 0.00. This tells me that, based on available independent assessments, there’s currently no sign of robust risk controls or compliance with global broker standards. Even if a broker has been around for several years, that doesn’t guarantee safety if their practices aren’t subject to ongoing scrutiny. In my opinion, these factors combine to make CDX a highly risky choice. When dealing with my own capital, I refuse to compromise on regulation or transparency. I would only consider brokers that are clearly regulated by recognized authorities and demonstrate transparent operational practices. Until CDX can address these fundamental shortcomings, I cannot recommend them for serious forex trading.
