However, when it comes to deposit and withdrawal methods, it’s important to be clear that the available information is somewhat limited. Based on my research and the official resources, MUFG (au Kabucom Securities), which operates under strict regulation by Japan’s Financial Services Agency, primarily caters to domestic Japanese clients, and most of its platforms, support, and services are provided in Japanese only. In practice, for Japanese brokers regulated by the FSA, deposit and withdrawal methods are commonly restricted to traditional bank transfers between domestic banks, especially because of regulatory constraints and AML requirements. I have not encountered any credible evidence that MUFG supports international deposit options such as PayPal, credit cards, Skrill, or particularly cryptocurrency. The broker’s website and disclosed contact details (including live chat and phone support) further confirm their domestic orientation, which aligns with my broader experience in Japan’s financial markets. For me, the absence of widely-used international payment options is a factor to consider if you are a non-resident or expect to use e-wallets or crypto. In summary, while safety and regulation with MUFG are solid, prospective clients should carefully consider their funding needs. My advice is to directly confirm payment options with customer service before proceeding, especially if your preferred method involves anything beyond a Japanese bank transfer.
