In my experience, understanding the structure and behavior of spreads is critical to making informed trading decisions, particularly because significant market fluctuations can lead to wider spreads and unexpected trading costs. The core issue for me is that, without regulatory oversight or detailed service disclosures, there is considerable uncertainty regarding how spreads are implemented or adjusted.
