Hicend presents itself as a regulated futures broker with a China Financial Futures Exchange license, and their operational transparency in most areas is adequate—for instance, licensing and platform variety are clearly explained. However, the omission of information about available payment channels is concerning to me, especially as funding and withdrawal flexibility are critical for safeguarding both convenience and security. In my personal evaluation, whenever there’s a lack of public details about payment options, I proceed with considerable caution. I would always advise contacting their customer support channels directly—such as their phone hotline or email—before opening an account or transferring any money. In my experience, transparency in this area is often a sign of a broker’s trustworthiness. Since Hicend’s WikiFX profile makes no mention of cards, e-wallets, or crypto, I would not assume these methods are supported without explicit confirmation from the broker. For me, the absence of this information means I cannot evaluate how accessible or secure the funding process with Hicend truly is.
