From a reliability standpoint, their platforms—particularly VictoryX and their desktop solutions—cover essential functions, but I have noticed that they may not be as streamlined or intuitively designed as some other modern offerings. While functionality is solid, adapting to the interface required an initial learning curve. Additionally, the presence of a "suspicious scope of business" note on their profile made me cautious, prompting extra diligence when engaging with their tools and services. In short, while Victory Securities is a long-established, SFC-regulated broker offering a broad suite of services, I proceed conservatively given the lack of instant support options and the potential for moderate platform complexity. I believe thorough due diligence and tempering expectations regarding service responsiveness are wise when using this broker.
