However, based on user reports highlighted on review platforms, there appear to be questions and disclosures missing in several aspects of their withdrawal and account maintenance processes. My own approach with brokers is always to seek direct confirmation of their fee structure before opening or funding an account, especially for long-term or occasionally inactive portfolios. Since AXA does not clearly list inactivity fees, I would recommend caution: explicitly request documentation or written clarification from AXA’s support team regarding any dormant account fees, minimum account activity requirements, or associated penalties. Transparency is crucial for protecting one’s capital. In my judgment, unless you receive precise information in writing, assume there may be potential costs and ensure you are fully comfortable with the terms before committing funds.
