Based on my understanding as a trader who’s spent years dealing with brokers of all types, I would approach any withdrawal process at Multigain with caution. Since Multigain is not regulated by any official financial authority, their document requirements—and the reliability of their withdrawal process—aren’t subject to the transparency and oversight that reputable brokers provide. When dealing with regulated firms, I’d typically expect to be asked for documents such as a government-issued ID (like a passport or driver’s license), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement not older than three months), and bank account verification, especially if the withdrawal is headed to a new account. With Multigain, however, the lack of regulation and concerning client reviews about withdrawal complications make it critical to be extra careful. I would expect, as a minimum, to provide standard KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation: a valid photo ID and recent proof of address. But, I feel strongly that it’s essential to verify directly with their official customer support what their procedures are before depositing any funds. This approach limits the risk of sudden or unreasonable documentation requests that could delay or even prevent a withdrawal. Given user reports of withdrawal freezing and ongoing demands for extra payments, I personally would avoid committing substantial funds until Multigain’s requirements and procedures are fully clarified and seem trustworthy. Ultimately, for me, safety in withdrawals should always come with the backing of proper regulation—something Multigain does not offer.
