Their documentation does explain the mechanics of making deposits and the clearing times involved, but I did not find specific, upfront information about possible fees associated with deposits or withdrawals. This gap in disclosure is not trivial for me. In my experience, reputable brokers generally provide a comprehensive fee schedule covering not only trading costs but also ancillary fees for funding and withdrawing accounts. The absence of explicit statements can introduce uncertainty—hidden costs or unexpected requirements can significantly affect the overall trading experience, particularly when larger sums or long-term capital are involved. More importantly, I noted a pattern of user complaints referencing withdrawal difficulties, and some even mentioned problematic tax requirements. While these are user reports and not definitive proof of wrongdoing, such feedback is a vital signal to proceed with heightened caution. In the current context, without visible, verifiable evidence of fee structures, I would be very hesitant to commit funds without first securing written clarification on all potential charges and withdrawal terms. For me, this level of transparency is non-negotiable and critical to safeguarding my capital.
