In my own evaluation and experience with Hicend, I have not found any indication that depositing funds with cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin or USDT is possible or supported. From their official channels and trading environment, Hicend appears to be a China-regulated futures broker, primarily licensed under CFFEX, and their platform focuses strictly on futures and commodities—metals, energy, and chemicals specifically. There is a notable absence of any mention of cryptocurrencies, whether as tradable instruments or deposit methods. Furthermore, their infrastructure seems built around more conventional platforms and client apps rather than blockchain-compatible tools—a clear sign for me as an experienced trader that crypto deposits are not part of their supported funding mechanisms. There’s also no information about the acceptance of digital assets for account funding through their customer support contacts, and with their strictly regulated status in China, I would be very cautious about assuming any unofficial method exists. For anyone considering Hicend, I think it’s wise to stick to traditional funding methods that are explicitly confirmed by their customer service team. In my view, it is safest and most prudent to avoid any attempt to deposit via cryptocurrencies unless clear, official guidance is provided directly by the broker.
