Based on my direct examination of FFG Securities, I found their offerings notably different from what many global traders might expect. Personally, I could only access their proprietary platforms: the FFG Securities App for mobile devices (iOS and Android) and an FFG Internet Trading platform available for PC, Mac, web, and mobile users. If you are looking for well-known platforms like MT4, MT5, or cTrader, these are not supported at FFG Securities. For me, this was a crucial point to consider. Multi-asset traders and those accustomed to the robust toolsets and algorithmic features of MetaTrader or cTrader platforms may find this limited. The decision to use FFG Securities depends heavily on your trading needs; for traditional Japanese stocks, bonds, ETFs, and trusts, their proprietary tools may suffice, but they do not support forex or other global markets within the same framework offered by most MetaTrader-based brokers. I prefer established, third-party trading platforms for their transparency and flexibility, so this limitation plays a significant role in my personal risk assessment and overall comfort level.
