Based on my direct experience and thorough research into Core Financial Markets Ltd, I have several significant reservations about both their customer service and the overall reliability of their trading platform. The most pressing issue for me stems from the broker's lack of valid regulatory oversight. Operating from Comoros with no recognized regulatory license presents a substantial risk. From my perspective as someone who prioritizes the security of my funds and the transparency of operations, this alone makes me highly cautious. On the practical side, my attempts to evaluate their customer support produced inconsistent results. Queries to their official support channel were met with delays, and responses lacked the detailed, actionable guidance I expect from more established brokers. I found this particularly problematic if urgent assistance is ever needed during volatile market conditions. As for the trading platform, while I did not experience technical failures during my limited testing, the absence of a robust regulatory framework means there’s little reassurance the platform will remain reliable or that issues will be resolved fairly. Given these concerns, I personally would not feel comfortable committing real funds. For me, trust in a broker is built on clear regulatory status and consistently responsive support—elements I found missing here.
