My investigation showed BLUEMOUNT primarily deals in shares and securities in the Hong Kong and global markets; there is currently no offering for indices, forex, commodities, or similarly broad market products. This limitation means I cannot calculate or discuss total trading costs for index products like the US100 on BLUEMOUNT—as those instruments simply aren't accessible there. The fee structure I observed applies exclusively to securities and shares, covering commission (0.25% per trade, minimum HK$100), stamp duty, trading fee, and minor regulatory levies. For anyone specifically interested in index trading, I would exercise caution and carefully determine if a broker actually supports those products, as well as check their regulatory status. In this case, BLUEMOUNT does not offer indices, so pursuing such trades here isn’t possible nor advisable. Proper due diligence—in both product range and regulatory protections—is essential for managing risk and meeting trading objectives.
