TCS, or Taiwan Cooperative Securities, is indeed regulated, operating under the authority of the Taipei Exchange (TPEx) in Taiwan. For me, TPEx regulation signals that TCS must meet certain standards required by local financial laws, providing an extra layer of oversight compared to unregulated entities. However, transparency is important, and I noted that TCS's license number isn’t publicly released. This lack of detailed disclosure doesn’t necessarily indicate wrongdoing, but for me, it does highlight the importance of due diligence, especially for anyone considering significant investments. Regulatory status means TCS is subject to compliance measures and periodic checks by TPEx, which reduces, but doesn’t eliminate, certain risks. In summary, while TCS is supervised by the Taipei Exchange, and that gives some reassurance, I remain cautious and would recommend that anyone considering trading through TCS exercises their own thorough research and risk assessment before proceeding.
