Based on my experience and careful evaluation of Sierra Futures, the platform is focused almost exclusively on futures trading rather than providing a broad spectrum of financial products. My research and review of their offering show that Sierra Futures gives traders access to a range of futures contracts tied to prominent indices and key commodities, rather than direct trading in forex, stocks, or cryptocurrencies. The instruments available include contracts such as the Micro E-Mini S&P 500, E-Mini NASDAQ, E-Mini Russell, E-Micro Euro, E-Mini Japanese Yen, Australian Dollar, and Euro FX, among others. This means the core markets accessible are equity indices and a selection of currency pairs and commodities—but only through futures contracts. For me, this has important implications. While the platform offers some exposure to currencies (like euro and yen) and indices via futures, it does not provide direct spot forex, individual stock, or crypto trading. It's also notable that, as a futures-focused broker, Sierra Futures' instrument list is narrower than multi-asset platforms, and getting real diversification would require comfort with futures markets. In my view, the specialized access is fine if you're experienced in derivatives, but if you are looking for traditional spot forex, shares, or digital assets, this is not the right venue. Given the risks inherent in unregulated platforms, a narrow focus might even magnify personal risk, especially for those unfamiliar with futures products.
