As someone who takes fund safety very seriously, I need to be upfront: based on my research, A&C does not operate under the supervision of any recognized financial regulatory authority. In practice, this absence of regulation means there are no mandatory oversight mechanisms or investor protection schemes in place. Personally, I rely on regulated environments because regulators enforce rigid standards around segregated client accounts, transparent reporting, and capital requirements—each critical for protecting traders’ funds against mismanagement or insolvency. For A&C, this level of oversight simply isn’t present. The lack of regulation also puts traders at risk in the event of disputes, platform failures, or withdrawal issues, since there’s no higher body for escalation or mediation. I’ve seen from user feedback instances of withdrawal complications, and without regulatory backing, resolving such situations becomes much more uncertain. Ultimately, while A&C may offer services to the agricultural market, its unregulated nature does not provide the fund safety or institutional backing that I, as a prudent trader, consider non-negotiable before depositing or trading any substantial capital.
