Personally, I find this lack of clarity concerning. In my assessment, the absence of accessible, detailed fee schedules creates the risk of encountering unexpected charges, especially for something as critical as deposits or withdrawals. This aligns with user reports I’ve seen, specifically regarding unresolved withdrawal delays and insufficient customer service responses—which, for me, are red flags when it comes to financial reliability. Given my experience, I always recommend treating any missing information with appropriate caution. Unless Simplex Asset Management can provide written confirmation of their deposit and withdrawal fee policies prior to transferring funds, I would refrain from assuming there are no undisclosed charges. I believe a conservative approach is warranted until clear, official documentation is supplied directly by the broker.
