Based on my careful evaluation, I could not find any clear, direct evidence that Maven offers Islamic or swap-free account options for traders. When assessing a broker, especially one like Maven with a relatively long operating history and registration in the United Kingdom, I’m always cautious about their regulatory standing and transparency. Currently, Maven’s FCA license is noted as “exceeded,” which in my experience means it is no longer valid and raises important questions about the broker’s compliance and oversight. For me, access to detailed account types—including whether Islamic (swap-free) accounts are available—is a key factor in choosing a trustworthy broker. However, Maven’s available information emphasizes a lack of transparency and doesn’t disclose specific account features or the availability of swap-free trading. As someone who relies on strict compliance and open communication from brokers, this omission is concerning and makes it difficult to confidently recommend Maven for traders who require Sharia-compliant accounts. Given Maven’s high potential risk label and uncertainty surrounding their current regulatory situation, I would personally exercise caution and seek direct confirmation from their support before considering them for Islamic accounts—or for trading in general. In my opinion, assurance and transparency matter greatly, and without clear information, the risk outweighs potential benefits.
