Based on my research and experience as a long-time trader, I must note that there’s currently no available information about typical spreads for EUR/USD—or any other trading conditions—when it comes to Carlyle. In fact, after reviewing the details, it’s clear that Carlyle isn’t a regulated forex broker at all. The company is established as a global investment firm specializing primarily in asset management for institutions, focusing on private equity, credit, and investment solutions. Critically, there is no evidence of Carlyle offering retail trading accounts, and there’s a complete lack of details regarding trading platforms, leverage, spreads, or even basic trading account types. For me, transparency and proper regulation are essential when considering any broker, especially for something as fundamental as understanding the spread on major pairs like EUR/USD. In the case of Carlyle, the absence of regulatory oversight, combined with the lack of published trading conditions, is a strong signal to exercise utmost caution. When I trade, knowing key conditions such as the spread is non-negotiable, as it directly impacts cost and strategy. Without these disclosures, I simply would not consider Carlyle for forex trading, and I would recommend that fellow traders be very careful—if not avoid entirely—when encountering firms without such fundamental transparency.
