When I researched CAPITARIA, the first concern that popped up for me was the lack of solid regulation. While the broker claims to be under the oversight of Chile’s Financial Analysis Unit (UAF), it’s important to point out that UAF isn’t a recognized financial regulator, and it doesn't provide the same level of protection as bodies like the FCA or ASIC. For me, regulation is crucial because it provides an extra layer of trust and security. If I were to deposit my money with CAPITARIA, I wouldn’t have the legal protections that come with using a regulated broker. This lack of regulation could make CAPITARIA riskier compared to other brokers that are regulated by highly respected agencies. For example, with regulated brokers, there are often rules in place that require client funds to be kept in segregated accounts, reducing the risk of misuse. With CAPITARIA’s unregulated status, there’s no guarantee of this kind of protection, and I would have to proceed with caution when considering them as a potential trading partner.
