Compared to brokers regulated by more stringent authorities like the FCA, ASIC, or the SEC, ThreeTrader’s offshore regulation is weaker. Regulated brokers from these well-known bodies are required to adhere to strict financial regulations, ensuring better investor protection, transparency, and clear dispute resolution processes. Personally, I prefer brokers that are regulated in major financial hubs, as they offer more protection and ensure higher levels of compliance. Although ThreeTrader offers attractive conditions like leverage up to 1:1000, the regulatory status would make me hesitate, especially considering the lack of robust oversight.
