This isn’t uncommon with larger, multifaceted brokers, but it’s something I approach with caution, since timely support can impact both confidence and trading outcomes. I also encountered limitations around the range of accounts—they don’t offer demo or Islamic accounts. For me, the lack of a demo account makes it difficult to thoroughly test their platforms or strategies risk-free before committing real capital. While overall I found Phillip Securities Group’s technical stability acceptable, I recommend a measured approach; always double-check fee structures and consider your level of support needs before engaging heavily.
