For clients seeking business consultancy, having a physical address and phone support in Singapore might offer some surface-level reassurance or a way to make direct contact, which is generally preferable to platforms that are completely anonymous. That said, I cannot, in good conscience, view the absence of regulation, transparency, and independent user feedback as anything other than substantial drawbacks. From my perspective, any potential advantages are far outweighed by the unresolved risks. This is why, for me, using GEX does not align with best practices for safeguarding capital or ensuring a trustworthy trading environment. Extreme caution is warranted, and I believe traders should prioritize verifiable safety and oversight above all else.
