While this specialization can imply robust infrastructure, the absence of regulatory oversight means I have no way to independently verify their claims or guarantees regarding uptime, order execution, or data integrity. Because my own approach to risk management is highly conservative, I consider the lack of regulation and potential accountability gaps to be major red flags. Regardless of the sophistication of their service, these factors are enough for me to think twice before committing significant funds or relying on their platform for mission-critical trading.
