Reflecting on my experience and careful assessment of GPB FS, I have some reservations, particularly regarding the broker’s transparency and the reliability of client support. While GPB FS is regulated by CySEC and has been operating for over 15 years—a factor that initially appeared reassuring for me—I have noticed some concerning gaps. Most notably, there is a scarcity of detailed information on trading conditions, such as specifics about leverage, spreads, minimum deposits, or their trading platform. This lack of transparency makes it difficult to fully assess the actual client experience or make informed decisions before opening an account. In terms of customer service, GPB FS does offer multiple channels—phone, email, and a physical office address in Cyprus—but there are not enough independent accounts that describe the responsiveness or helpfulness of these support channels. This absence of clear feedback is something I approach with caution. I also found an alarming user report involving withdrawal difficulties, which described a substantial account balance being locked and additional, unexpected margin requirements. While individual complaints should always be weighed carefully, the seriousness and nature of this case reinforce my belief that risk management and reliable client support should be thoroughly vetted before committing significant capital. Overall, given the limited transparency and at least one serious reported withdrawal issue, I remain very cautious about relying on GPB FS’s customer service or trusting entirely in the reliability of their platform without much more robust, firsthand evidence of fair and timely support. For me, prudence is critical when considering brokers that do not provide sufficient operational clarity.
