With variable spreads, which I believe is the model here, there is a real risk that spreads could become prohibitively wide during news events or even in typical market fluctuations, dramatically increasing trading costs and making effective risk management nearly impossible. The lack of clear and transparent information about typical or maximum possible spreads under stress conditions amplifies my caution. For any trader, especially when dealing with a broker operating outside strong regulatory oversight, unexpected slippage and widening spreads in volatile conditions are significant dangers. For me, this environment is simply too unpredictable and risky to consider for serious trading.
