Based on my experience evaluating Yuanta and the detailed data available, I have not found any credible indication that Yuanta currently accepts deposits via cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin or USDT. Their listed deposit and withdrawal methods are quite traditional and focus on established banking channels like local bank transfers, cheque deposits, and overseas remittance. The absence of digital asset options is consistent with their status as a long-standing, SFC-regulated broker in Hong Kong, where oversight tends to favor conventional financial practices and robust documentation requirements. For me, the conservative funding methods reinforce Yuanta’s reliability from a regulatory and compliance standpoint, but they also mean less flexibility for traders who rely on digital currencies for moving funds. While the online and app-based platforms are relatively modern, Yuanta’s payments infrastructure does not reflect the cryptocurrency adoption seen at some newer or offshore brokers. If using digital assets is a core aspect of your trading operations, Yuanta may not be a practical fit at this time. As always, it is prudent to confirm directly with their support for any updates, but at present, I would not expect cryptocurrency deposits to be available or supported.
