From my own experience evaluating brokers, CHINA DRAGON’s approach to overnight financing stands out for a few particular reasons. First, the platform is transparent about margin fees being required for different instruments; however, I couldn’t locate detailed fee tables or precise rates as I’m accustomed to seeing with established international brokers. This lack of public clarity on fee structure does give me pause, as it makes it difficult to compare costs directly with those of more transparent global providers. In my own trading, the actual competitiveness of overnight financing charges plays a major role in strategy—especially for swing or position traders. With CHINA DRAGON, since only futures products are available, the margin fee is the main overnight cost, unlike forex or CFD desks where swaps can be more variable depending on asset and leverage. The fact that they’re a regulated entity under China’s CFFEX does lend some trustworthiness, and in regulated Chinese futures markets, overnight fees tend to be closely aligned to those set by the exchanges. Still, for me, the best brokers provide immediate, detailed cost calculators and clearly itemized rates on overnight margin or holding fees. Without this level of transparency from CHINA DRAGON, I’d personally be cautious and make sure to seek written clarification on specific financing costs before committing significant capital. Ultimately, the safety net of regulation is valuable, but I believe true cost awareness should be prioritized for anyone considering long-term positions with this broker.
