However, when it comes to disadvantages, my biggest concern is the regulatory situation. This puts the platform outside the oversight that I consider essential for safeguarding deposits and ensuring broker accountability. Additionally, customer support appears limited to standard business hours, and my experience aligns with reports of slow, sometimes generic responses. Integration with third-party tools is also reportedly clunky, making the overall trading environment less seamless than what I’ve encountered with established, well-regulated competitors.
