For me, this adds an extra layer of uncertainty, especially when paired with reports of higher-than-average fees and a low trust score. In practice, I would expect slower responses and more unpredictability around fund withdrawals with brokers lacking regulation and detailed disclosures. Given this, I would personally be extremely cautious and would not proceed with funding an account before speaking directly to their support team and demanding written clarification on withdrawal procedures.
