I personally approach brokers with robust regulatory records since it often correlates with more accountable and transparent customer support. Taken together, there are enough red flags for me to recommend a very cautious approach. Until the company can demonstrate clear regulatory compliance and operational transparency, I would not feel comfortable trusting the stability of their trading platform or the reliability of their customer assistance. For me, peace of mind comes from knowing there’s regulatory recourse and a proven record of accountability—something that, at this stage, MSB e-Trade does not appear to offer.
