Combined with the note on a “suspicious scope of business,” these factors lead me to approach cautiously. While the regulatory status is a notable strength, I believe potential clients should thoroughly research, request more details directly, and consider if this lack of transparency fits their personal risk profile and expectations before making any decisions.
