Based on my experience evaluating brokers, Swiss Capital leaves me with several reservations about its overall legitimacy. While the company claims to be registered in the United Kingdom and previously held some form of FCA registration, its current "Exceeded" license status and a regulatory score of just 1.25 are concerning for me as a risk-aware trader. The lack of transparency around their business operations, combined with highlighted warnings and a medium potential risk flag, makes me very cautious. For me, a broker’s regulatory clarity isn’t just box ticking; it directly impacts the security of my funds, recourse options, and my peace of mind. The platform supports trading in forex, ETFs, equities, indices, and commodities, but the absence of demo accounts and unclear details about fees and transfer times are red flags from a due diligence perspective. While user reviews indicate prompt trade executions and relatively fast withdrawals, these accounts are unverified and do not compensate for regulatory shortcomings. The lack of live support and reliance on a proprietary platform—rather than a fully-featured MT4 or MT5—further impact my trust. Overall, I do not consider Swiss Capital to be fully legitimate by strict standards, and I approach it with caution, prioritizing clearer regulatory standing in my own broker selection process.
