malicious operation

They build up nicely at the start then when you have given it the most, they do ridiculous trades against the market to lose you your balance. They talk about being transparent, how come i still had trades running after i requested to withdraw? I became really angry with this setup so i lodged a complaint, they said they would investigate but did nothing so i lodged another complaint with fintrack/org and got a refund on both principal and profits.
