I have been trading with FBS for a few months now, after i made profit they decided I cannot withdraw with crypto (which happens to be my deposit method, instead I was told i can only withdraw some parts of it (my sole deposit) with crypto and the rest I have to withdraw directly to my local bank. So when I tried doing such, they kept declining my withdrawal requests on both local bank and crypto. So i started chatting with their agents and none of them seem to have an explanation as to why they cannot process my withdrawal. Later on that same day about 17:00pm my whole balance of $2618 was wiped. When i chat the customer care agents again I was told it was an error and i will get an email regarding the issue. Later at night on that same day they deactivated my account, deleted all my trading and transaction history.
